We offer a variety of payment methods. Payment options include credit/debit cards, PayMaya, Gcash, and other safe online payment methods. If you choose to make a purchase at our physical store, we also offer the option of paying with cash.
Delivery can be arranged through Lalamove, Grab Express, and LBC, with the consumer responsible for covering the fee for delivery. At the same time, we are going to create an account on Lazada and Shopee platforms, allowing us to utilize J&T for our delivery services as well.

Yes, we will accept same-day delivery as long as it is within Metro Manila.
If the order has been placed and the items are in stock at the shop, it will typically take approximately 1-3 days (or same-day) to dispatch the products inside Metro Manila. For areas beyond Metro Manila or in the provinces, the shipping process may take around a week.
If the order is customized, it will undergo the process of drying and firing. The completion of the product will require a waiting period of around 2-3 months, followed by an additional week for shipping.
Yes, we provide customized pottery items. Whether it’s a personalized emboss, specific colors, or a custom design, we’re here to bring your vision to life. Simply provide your preferences, including your desired design, colors, and other specifications.
As of now, we do not offer workshops and pottery lessons because our primary focus is on the production of pottery and ceramic items. However, we may consider offering these services in the future.
Yes, if the products were damaged during delivery or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us so that we may arrange for an item exchange.
